Like the previous review we too would beg you to avoid this man’s services. We lost almost £25,000 to this man and our project to build our dream home was ruined. We had a costing done on his recommendation by his friend - local prices were £1500- £1800 per sqm and his friend costed our house at almost £600,000. He then sent us a bill of 3% of this cost. We never had any contact with the surveyor at all and the costing was more than double the local prices. It was also based on prices which were not local to our project but in a large city - ours was a build project in the countryside almost 2 hours away from there. He is a litigator who threatens people with court action and debt collectors to make his money. We too had to involve lawyers and he used deceptive and underhanded tactics. We also complained to the ARB regarding him. If you have experienced the same outcome as us then we would urge to complain, like us, as he will simply continue to practice business in this manner. Do not even entertain contacting him at all. If there was the option of zero or negative star ratings I would use them!
