Been in my new home 3 Months. None of my snagging issues even looked at by Ogilvie. Multiple Extras that I have payed nearly £1000 for up-front have either been installed incorrectly or not finished! Parts of my roof have come off in slight gusts.

Despite multiple e-mails detailing my ongoing issues. Nobody from Ogilvie has reached out to get the ball rolling with any of these issues. Avoid this housebuilder.

Bought an apartment in Rivermill, currie. Dunhaven homes had subcontracted to Ogilvie. Both firms have been utterly appalling. Still trying to get snagging done 2.5 years down the line.

I am a civil structural engineer. in April 2019 I purchased an apartment in a new building built by Ogilvie. in August 2019 I started having problems with water ingress close the window. I chased them for 2 months, in October 2019 Ogilvie finally decided to solve the problem. NOW, February 2020, I have the water problem again. Blair Goodlad was supposed to come to my flat this morning to check, but he didn't show up. Ogilvie has no respect for people, it is not a professional company. Be very careful when buying an Ogilvie apartment.

Total disrespect for residents around their Dyce development, builders throwing rubbish from their vans after lunch, blocking cars in car parking spaces. Loud noise from 6.30am as the builders arrive and seem it necessary to shout across the carpark at each other.

Lovely people when booking a job and tell you everything you want to hear.

Nice throughout the job.

After the job, if they have done something wrong they will argue and it is a hassle to get them back out to fix it.
