I recently engaged AGG Builders to replace the bathroom and do a total refurbishment on our grade 2 listed, 1 bedroom flat in Edinburgh. We live in Australia, so I needed someone I could trust and work autonomously. The windows were in extremely bad condition after years exposed to the harsh Scottish weather and the walls and woodwork were covered in many coats of paint. They removed the existing bathroom and replaced it with a shower room and (among other things) totally redecorated the flat. Andrea and his team did a great job and obviously take pride in their work and we are very happy with the end result. It turned out better than we had thought possible given the state it was in and the age of the building. Andrea was a pleasure to work with and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend AGG builders and will definitely get them back to replace our kitchen in the future.

We hired AGG for a challenging internal renovation in a ground-floor tenement flat. Andrea's team worked tirelessly to meet all deadlines, even when our structural engineer incorrectly assessed the load bearing structure and we had to redraw plans and put in additional padstone and posts. Their work is done to a great standard, all workers are very respectful to the rest of the property, and they're all very polite and friendly.

The only minor issues we had in our project were with external contractors, and even then Andrea helped to sort everything and coordinate solutions. I would definitely recommend and use their services again!
