Have become very greedy. The service for my water filtration system last year was £422 (up £100 from the previous years service), for me to get them to service my system this year it will cost £700 for the engineer to do 2.5 hours of work on a small home water filtration system, ridiculous! They’re taking advantage of people who rely on a private water supply.

From initial inquiry to final installation they were knowledgeable, helpful and professional throughout. Wow! I ordered filters for my water system and received in less than 24 hours. Considering the company is based in Aberdeenshire and I live in South Wales that is seriously impressive.
Not the first time I have dealt with this company and I can say that they provide an excellent customer service.

Update 2024
Just been charged well over £800 for a service and replacement vessel. Whilst very expensive would have accepted it had it not been for the fact I was charged well in excess of £80 an hour labour (+VAT) for overtime because they turned up later than planned. Don't bother complaining, the attitude of Mr. McLeod is, we are right you are not. Also no explanation for the fact that price of some parts has risen in excess of 30% since I last purchased, only two months ago.
The engineers are professional and competent, something that most definitely cannot be said about the management of the company and their customer service beliefs. Being charged travel time home when the guy lives just outside our village really amounts to fraud, though I am sure Filpumps will have an "appropriate" reply - I have a most specific list of arrival, departure times and also time spent "watching" a filter for 87 minutes whilst it "regenerated".
My answer to such awful customer service by Filpumps, after 18 years of using them, I will never use them again, even if the alternative may cost more. Paying for good service is acceptable, even if pricey, but paying for being "ripped off" is not.
Sad to say, my pump is unfortunately not working properly despite the repair and subsequent service.

Excellent company for everything to do with water. On the very expensive side especially on charges for call out and Mobilisation (whatever that is) but a very professional company and 100% reliable.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. At every step they let us know where our product was and couldn't do enough to make us happy. Even to the point they (Craig) enquired to make sure the ballast had arrived safely. As we missed the delivery, Sonya arranged for us to be able to collect it from the courier depot, despite being told initially that it wasn't possible. Thanks so much. We'll definitely be using you guys again!

Filpumps drilled us a 100m deep borehole for the ground source heating system in our new bungalow in Rora.

At 30m, they hit water, but it was going to be too close to the neighbour's septic tank drain to be used. Alas. (We spent £4000 getting a mains water supply)

Drilling the hole cost us £6000.

Sugplumb put in a CTC 400 heat pump. And we have underfloor heating. Cost of these totalled £13,000

The whole system heats beautifully, 21°C throughout the whole house, no cold spots. Compressor takes 2kw when on, for an average 6 hours in 24.

We are so happy!

Because I'm in sales myself and have been for years I'm naturally very judgemental & critical of sales staff. On my recent visit to this store when I didn't even know what I was really asking for , I received top quality service from the staff, not only answering questions that I'm sure they thought were silly but purchased with the confidence that everything was correct and it would fit.
Well done folks keep up the great work, and it was great of the 'bossman' even to come out and talk me through it when he could have easily just sat in his office!
