There is no better company to handle all your needs for any type of attic. They recently replaced the heating ducts in my attic and insulated the attic of my house. It was a very good experience. They worked as a very efficient and coordinated team. And , they did a good job cleaning up at the endof their work day. Thank you Blackoak Construction and Joinery. Highly recommend.

I hired Tomas to install 2 Velux windows and double up the rafters of my roof. I gave him structural plans to follow - these conformed to building warrant requirements.

He ignored the plans and did his own thing. None of his work conformed and my building warrant application got rejected. I had to hire a second joiner to come in and fix his work and he ignored my messages. It cost A LOT.

I stupidly paid Tomas promptly after he finished, because he was pressuring me with text messages to pay him.

I am now pursuing him for compensation.
