5 stars wouldn’t be enough for this company!

As a client (speaking for the masses) all we want is communication on all levels! Whether that’s, the contractors are running late or unfortunately have to reschedule or even calling to bring forward your appointment! Well. This is exactly what Ross Contractors did when I accepted a quote to fit a new 6ft gate!
They went above and beyond, even working late to finish my job which became quite difficult with several complications. This was off course, never an issue for this company! They group discussed there options and then spoke to me as a team to look for a resolve for the problems. Letting me know the best and most effective solutions!

I could say paragraph after paragraph of positive thoughts about Ross Contractors but there just wouldn’t be enough words!!
10 stars if I could!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Went above and beyond to install railings for my elderly mum at short notice. Extremely helpful and would highly recommend them. Thank You Murray and all the team 😊

Tried to get a quote for a small job in Edinburgh. The office told me someone would call although they are busy.After 4 days I called back and the office said they would pass it on I called twice. Still waiting for call back over a week!
Obviously too small a job to even bother phoning!
Certainly wouldn't consider using them!
