Andrew was a pleasure to work with. Our project was an eco-house with quite a lot of complexity, and he rose to the challenge and designed us something beautiful. Every day we walk through the house and enjoy the views he framed and the way the building flows. Lots of practical points covered off, particularly cupboard space, and believe me, there are so many times that I am pleased that he put in so much.
Our house was an Aberdeenshire architectural award winner in the Sustainability category and we were self-builders so it was great to have an architect who we could work closely with, and I think I can honestly say we never had a cross word.

After renting out our house for 20 years we wanted to renovate, reconfigure and extend our house. Andrew was recommended to us and he discussed our desired changes and goals, carefully evaluated the house and offered some ideas (all before making a commitment). He also listened and worked with us on some changes as the project evolved.

In addition to his architectural services, we used Andrew in a Project Manager role. He visited the house periodically to liaise with the contractor and ourselves.

Andrew has done an absolutely outstanding job for me and I can't recommend him highly enough. I had a derelict cottage and wanted to renovate and extend. His creativity enabled me to get the absolute maximum useable space from the cottage and he gave great, thoughtful advice throughout. The cottage is let to holidaymakers and has so far been rated 5 stars by everyone with most guests specifically commenting on its great layout and amenities making it feel spacious. You can commission Andrew with complete confidence and I would not hesitate to use him again.
