Terrible service! before the merger McWilliam were brilliant but since the merger with Lippe the communication has been non-existent, constantly having to chase up for information and some times never get a response. We have wasted the whole of 2023 chasing this company for answers and have never been behind with payment so there is no excuse.

On a positive, and the reason I gave 2 stars, is that when the drawings were produced they were of a good standard.
