After some recent storm damage to our roof and chimney, I left a message via their webpage. I was called back within the hour and after explaining the situation, was told I’d be added to the list. I wasn’t expecting the guys to come out so quickly but only a couple of days later I was contacted to say they’d be out that day. They duly arrived on time, fixed everything within the hour and very reasonably priced.
A very trustworthy established company and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

They overcharge for their commute to the job in hand (and back) and then charge you for going to the shop and back (another hour at least) to get materials they should have already had at hand. 1.5 hour job turns into a 9 hour job. One guy gets to holds a ladder at £32 an hour and the other does the job. At least the job was done, but no initial quote was given and they just turned up to do job without my knowledge. Found them on my roof without having first agreed anything. I've never seen traders charging this much before. Job done, but not happy about the liberal amount of time quoted.

Fantastic service, despite them being so busy following a big storm. I called in the afternoon on my Dad's recommendation as I had a leak from a skylight. I said it wasn't urgent but by 8.30am the following morning it was fixed. Really helpful and great communication. High recommend.

Carried out work for my gran and workmen were rude and was charged 2 hours for 10 mins work. After the 10 minutes they stated that we would need a joiner to fix the rest and would then come back. Luckily the joiner did the worker that the slater would have done. Won't be using this firm again.

I have 2 say I found the workers that actually DO THE JOBS with this company very friendly indeed, the young lad that does the cementing is great very friendly, professional & deserves a raise by this company for all his dedication & hard well done 2 him & indeed all the ((WORKIES)) with this company!!!
