ML Sips provided a first class service in building our four bedroom house in Moray. We were highly impressed with the design consultant who listen to our requests, came back with drawings and ideas and with us decided on the house that would meet all our needs. We were supported through the whole building process, we were consulted in respect of planning and authorisation and we felt that we were listened to all through the experience. It is not too much to say that we enjoyed the journey. During the build, the workmen were well mannered and hard-working. They were clearly skilled craftsman and they were confident and efficient in their work. The manager and designer were attentive to our request for any changes and were creative in managing any problems that arose. When we contacted the office manager and the reception staff, they were friendly and very helpful. We are delighted with our JML Joro house kit. The entire process of arranging the build has been easy, and there has been clarity at every stage. Everyone who has been involved in the build has been professional, friendly and very prompt in offering advice and support.
The kit delivery and erection was handled quickly and efficiently. The quality of the product is excellent, and we love the fresh, contemporary design..

We are 4wks away from moving into our new passive house build, the timber frame and sip panels kit provided by JML. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome. Derek and the JML team were always a pleasure to deal with and the quality of the product has been commented on by other 3rd parties involved in the build. No project like this is without its challenges but as long as you have good people to work it through it will be successful, as ours has been. We highly recommend JML.

JML Contracts acted as Principle Contractor for our 340 sqm new SIPs house and were professional on all levels from start to finish, going above and beyond. It was a substantial and technically challenging build on the side of a hill. The end result is truly excellent and better than my family had dared to dream! The SIPs construction (also manufactured by JML) makes for a perfect modern and efficient home. I strongly recommend JML to anyone who needs an experienced builder that can be completely trusted.

JML SIPs carried out all the groundworks, supplied and erected our SIPs kit and completed all the finishings both internal and external to our 5 bedroom family home. We were absolutely delighted with the result! JML were professional, highly skilled and great to deal with and our project was finished on time and on budget. I employed JML SIPs to build the shell of my house to watertight stage on the recommendation of previous customers.
The team were courteous and hard working, arriving promptly on site every day. The site was also kept very tidy with cut blocks and slates stacked for use before any new materials were cut. Even the neighbours commented on the efficiency of the team.
They were willing to offer advice and support where appropriate and were happy to go that extra mile to help out when problems arose with other contractors and weather conditions. Every comment from the local community about the build has been positive and I am happy to pass on the recommendation
