Horrific customer service, refused to respond to email or phone calls regarding complaints about how the lochside estate has been left. Without any consultation with the residents the estate was adopted by North Lanarkshire council only after that did I get a response telling me that I now need to contact the council regarding any complaints.

dont buy!! 4 months and still no resolution to the complaint. Call centre staff know nothing. Calls aren't recorded so no trace either! I would give 0 stars if this would be possible.

Please do not do business with this company. They are unresponsive and unsympathetic to issues brought to their attention by residents. They certainly do not respond to local issues or grievances- in fact they go out of their way to become even more difficult and disingenuous.

Possibly the worst housing developer for after sales assistants ever. I don't even know where to start but one thing you can be certain of is; if they ever actually turn up to carry out remedial work it end up worse than it was.
