Excellent service. Lanpro handled a small Listed renovation (with quite a few technicalities) for us. The project was in Cornwall but we wanted Lanpro to handle it as they came recommended, the fact that it was not local didn't seem to affect things, Tom and Daniel did a great job and we would happily use them again. Highly recommended.

First bad review I've ever posted, but .... Awful, awful, awful, why can't we give no stars, they certainly don't warrant even one? We needed planning advice very urgently, spoke to Christian Cardiss, on 11 May, he assured us he could help, told us to send an email with all the details; on receipt of this he replied advising he would respond within the week. After we made 3 phone calls and an email chasing for response he advised he had sent the e-mail to another firm today, more than 2 weeks after receiving it. We have now missed the deadline for objection. Our advice - avoid Lanpro like the plague & use One planning.

Way overpriced and don’t deliver anything.. other than dealing with some big shots who will give you attitude you ain’t have any benefit of using them. Have done several successful planning applications paid a fraction of the price and good results.
