We have bought a Nicholas King home on Amber Waterside and we couldn't rate them high enough! Jo and Maria in the sales office were amazing and on hand at any time we needed. Their excellent service was then continued with Tracey, the Client Liaison Officer who has responded almost instantly when we have had a concern or question. We are delighted with the service from start to finish. The sales team, Jo and Maria were friendly and helpful and then we were handed over to Tracey on site from exchange on and she was also very friendly, great fun and sorted any problems. The maintenance team have been here whenever we have had a problem. Overall happy to recommend to Amber Waterside team.

I couldn’t recommend Nicholas King highly enough. I am delighted with my new house, and the team could not have been more helpful from restart to finish. The sales team, Jo, Maria and Rebecca have been so helpful and made everything very easy. On completion of the sale Tracey at customer care could not have been more responsive in helping me with any issues in the new house. We couldn’t be more in love with our brand new home! We have come from a little flat and to now be in this 3 bed with no work to do on the house is just amazing. We now live on a beautiful quiet road and a snags that the house had when we moved in have already been sorted out. Wow, what a fantastic experience from start to finish. We used Nicholas King Homes Easy Move scheme and it’s exactly what it says on the tin! The sales team were super helpful and made the whole process really stress free. Our new home is fantastic, well built and a high specification as standard, no expense spared I feel.
