I spoke with Charles from Aston Mead Land and Planning. He called me back to discuss a building project that my partner and I are undertaking. He quickly dismissed the project before hearing all of the details and he spoke over me condescending for a solid 10 minutes, not letting me get a word in edge wise. I actually put the phone down on my desk for 3 minutes because he wouldn't stop ranting. When I finally had enough I started speaking and he spoke over top of me without stopping for a full 30 seconds. He was sexist, condescend and incredibly arrogant. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
