Regal are utterly appalling. Despite repeated promises and countless complaints about serious defects, they have completely failed to deliver any resolution 9 months later. Their lack of accountability is shocking— with issues being blatantly ignored since June 2024, which they now claim are past their reporting period despite being reported when we moved into the property. In particular, Naima, the so-called Head of Customer Care, cares more about reducing Regal’s liability rather than solving the issues of tenants/homeowners. It’s as if customer care is an afterthought for them. If you value your home and expect professional service, steer clear of Regal—they simply don’t care about their clients.

I have found the team very helpful, approachable and friendly. The apartments I have been taking photographs of are beautifully finished with top of the range fixtures. I would love to live in any of their developments. Couldn't be happier as a supplier.

Regal never payed us money owed and it nearly sunk our company. The owners were happy with our installation and new people moved in already.
But everytime our supervisor sent the invoice for payment and tried to follow up, he was ignored. At the end when they met to talk about the account we were told they were not going to pay. There was a young surveyor acting very cocky towards my manager. Nearly mocking and insulting.
We are a small company and could not sustain the loss of not getting paid for such a big contract and we ended up letting half our staff go. Regal almost ruined us! They are con artists.
To be considered at the beginning we were strongly encouraged to pay quite a big goodwill deposit which seemed like a kickback and this money probably went to pay for the fast cars the surveyors drive. Every one seems to be on the take. Avoid Regal London if you want to do honest business.

Rubbish developer. Bought a £1 million apartment in the atelier development. A year later regal sold the freehold and left us to deal with losses from flooding, continuous lack of hot water amongst other things such as broken car lift meaning we consistently can’t access our parking space (which was another £20,000). Meanwhile service charges are more than double what they were 2 years ago. Terrible build quality - do not buy one of their “luxury” properties unless you want years of hassle.
