I would like to take this opportunity to thank Anthony Silby and his amazing team for their outstanding services at AS Architectural Services. Today, very rarely does one encounter such professionalism, diligence, patience and honesty at a price one can afford, but this company has proved to be the real deal for us.

As part of the older generation, living in the mercurial world of today, my wife and I were nervous at first, and not sure where to start with regards to considering employing a competent architect, yet we now know, we need not have been.

From the inauguration of our building project to the present penultimate position, of awaiting builders quotes , with planning permission granted and building regs passed, structural engineer on board, builders quotes in the pipeline, geo physicist booked and a start date for the build imminent, Anthony's guidance .and reassurance was crucial throughout and I have no doubt Anthony will remain on board in an advisory capacity until the final stages of the build are complete.

I have no reservations in recommending the services of AS Architectural Services to anyone considering employing the building services of an expert at a reasonable rate and I wish Anthony and his team all the best for the future.

Very poor & disappointing service
I fully understood the process of building control -, having had several extensions done before. Never demanded that the drawings were done in 2 weeks - although you took nearly 5 months? Never said anything of the sort about you knew nothing and architects just hand over the drawings - utter rubbish

One of the worst services we have ever received took him 3 years to make a simple drawing and he took his money upfront and kept asking for more than the quote we were given at the start.

His wife argues with the clients using inappropriate language and threats and he always hangs up when we call him also he doesn’t get any of the important work done.

When we call and ask for a discussion appointment he gives us 5 minutes only and if ur lucky u will get that 5 minutes.

Tells us he has the work done and when we call structural engineer he says nothing was sent to him and the same happened with the council etc.

When the council email him(because they never get through to him)to send the work over he ignores them and at some points we started doing the work for him by sending as much information as we have.

They never ever answer their phone or the office phone and he is always giving excuses.

Just wanted to warn anyone who is looking for an architect, this is not the company you need they don’t do anything other than waste you building time and grab your money.

Also just answering the response he posted we payed for transport which we didn’t have to do because we told u how far we were and that wasn’t a problem u said.

In regards to payment I can’t prove all the payments because they were in cash but well done it a great scammer and u can take this as far as u would like I don’t really care because we have more than enough proof my 3 year could draw the plan better than u ever could what a joke.
