Induction procedures and date protection is not acceptable. The stress and chaos at the gates every morning is not fair. The treatment this puts on the single person at the security hut is unacceptable. Process needs to change and I want more assurances over my data is protected!

Very good company that will help you achieve your goal. 95% of management are professional and friendly. The 5% management are corrupt bullying agency workers, replacing workers with friends and family. Logistics management are operating without a valid card and stealing material under the nose of top management.

Update 2: I wouldn't recommend anyone use them unless they wish to research or implement torture. Loud, shouting workers throw metal onto metal scaffolding. Deliveries risk residents and passers-by on a regular basis with no concern for pedestrians. They may look out to stop traffic, but regularly show no concern for residents and pedestrians. I wouldn't trust this company to run a dodgy market stall.

Update: They are worse than Rydon. Promises are empty. Workers shout constantly and no action is taken even when they bully, initimidate and harass residents. Its code of conduct is merely a piece of paperwork and its membership of the Considerate Contractor Scheme just proves what a toothless PR exercise the latter is.

They know how to talk the talk when tendering, but break promises continually once on site. Worse than Wates & Kier... too early to say whether they will be proven to be even worse than Rydon & Harley. Not to be trusted.

I contacted HR to make a complaint firstly they tried to fob me off by saying the HR lady is on the phone. I called back ten minutes later only to be told it is now ten to five so she wont be able to speak to you but she will call you tommorow no call was forthcoming which i expected. This is no manner in which to treat somebody that has a grievance.

I think this attitude is a reflection of the Site Management Team. This company has a right bunch of clowns working as managers and they think they can mistreat people without any ramifications the office staff don't seem any better.

All this rubbish about health and safety and employee wellbeing is complete nonsense they don't believe in any of it. Avoid this company at all costs. Unprofessional and disrespectful to workers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
