I wanted fast web hosting and tested several hosting companies with mixed results. And then I found Quick Host, and, yes, it was or rather is, quick!

Quick Host uses a LiteSpeed server, and when used with the LiteSpeed plugin, you will be surprised by the results. My Cruise website often scores 100 on Google's Pagespeed test. This is phenomenal considering the pages often call through a hundred or so custom post types to be displayed.

It's Brilliant!!

Oh, and the pricing... Cheap!

This hasnt been an easy ride, I was sold this package as a managed service but at times felt like i was alone. The LVE Limits at the start caused a significant tol on my customers. Several issues had arrisen and most have been since your move to high wycombe. the implementation of the mailgate was far from desirerable and the handling of the change of records was terrible. the hassle i was going though to get anything remotely useful was horendous. whenever you had a datacenter blackout you where completely unreachable so even when i was being hassled by customers i couldnt speak to anyone from your team.

i cant recommend QuickHosts. The server i was on was also very outdated. (Intel Xeon X5670).

Further to this I recently reached out for some support and all I got was a bill and ticket was closed following a fairly rude reply. Each time I opened the ticket it's simy closed with no response.

Being a personal trainer, it can be very difficult for me to get my blog posts written up and any website issues fixed, QuickHostUK are able to review my problem and ascertain a solution ASAP and in all the time I have used them as my website provider they have never let me down. The cost is extremely sufficient as well! Hands down the best domain web host provider out there at the moment!

I can't write more than one review, but as this is a second reason to I'll add it above my previous. Asked QuickHosts to upgrade my existing VPS to add more space, all done for me, despite it being relatively easy to do myself. Always happier for someone in admin to do it if possible, rapid response, very quick service, always kept informed. 10/10 again.

I rarely ever write reviews for anything like this, usually services work, it's only when you have a good or bad experience that things stand out.

That aside, I found QuickHostUK after much research, I wanted a VPS for less than £5, with backups if possibly, capable of happily running a cloud instance of Ubiquiti's Cloud software. Server in the UK, and with a good review online.

I had reason to communicate with them out of curiosity, I wasn't sure how backups worked, and whether they should have been on my account. Within an hour of contacting them I had an answer, and then a further escalation to solve the discovered issue. All this whilst being constantly kept informed along the way. I felt like every client was equally important.

I would not hesitate on using them, their service alone is a great selling point. I moved from a large well known provider who left me with a VPS that was down for almost 4 days with nothing back from their support.
