Looking for a good architect is like looking for a needle in a haystack. But luckily we were recomended by friends who had used Architechnology design. Dan has been very professional and helped us design our single storey extension and loft conversion. His imput and our ideas went through planning with ease. Dan was always available to discuss any building regulations and what was needed for building control. We would have no hesitation in recommending ArchiTechnology Design to anyone who needs a good, reliable and knowledgable Architect.

I contacted Dan Butler as I was required to get planning permission to extend my gardent patio and build some retaining walls with change of grass to Astroturf because there is no permitted development where I live.
Dan came out the next day to measure up and get a full understanding of my requirements. Later that day he sent me a copy to get approval and the following day my application was submitted.
The Council had a few more enquiries and dealt direct with Dan who responded promptly with them.
As promised after 10 weeks my permission was granted.

Dan took all the stress and strain out of the process for me and made it seem so simple. I just could not recommend his services highly enough and would have no hesitation to use him on a future project or recommend him to friends and family
