Blown away by the experience from the first contact with AR Banks. Abbie messaged me not long after I'd submitted my request, having found the business on google as I was looking for a HIAB to collect a statue from a dock to deliver to me personally. Abbie was SO helpful all the way through, and none more so than on the day of delivery (which I brought forward and she facilitated with nothing but kindness) when the statue crate was found to be completely deficient and therefore not suitable for the road. Abbie called her fabulous director Stuart who was at his child's sports day but still took the call and helped her resolve it there and then. Then the incredible driver Dave who'd already spent much time at the warehouse thought outside the box to find a way to get my crate onto his truck and get it to me that day. I genuinely feel that this is a people focussed business with staff who really care about their customers and that is why I feel compelled to write this review. It's the least I can do for them when they treated me so well

**Excellent Service from Start to Finish!**

A R Banks were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We had a tricky Hiab delivery, and they handled it seamlessly, making everything smooth for us and ensuring a successful delivery to our customer.

Their pricing was very competitive, and I don’t think you’d find better value for money with such outstanding customer service at this price! We’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

A great service from start to finish I used AR BANKS twice in two weeks to move a Shepard’s hut locally and then Newcastle to Southampton with a swimming pool/spa, drivers were very helpful and communitive and very professional ...nothing was a problem from AR Banks team start to finish.
I would not think about using anyone else call them first time.

I used A R Banks to collect a 30 foot motor boat from the West Country and deliver it back to the Solent. They were extremely can do , which made arrangements very easy. Driver was onsite to collect bang on time and took great care of the boat making sure it was well secured and looked after while in transport. I would absolutely recommend them for any boat transport - a real pleasure to work with

Outstanding service from A R Banks from start to finish! The job was to move a 4.5m satellite dish forming tool weighing almost 3 tons was completed on time and managed professionally throughout. All H&S requirements at the pick-up end were accommodated. Ben transported the tool from Helston, Cornwall to Metspin Limited in Southbourne, near Emsworth - over 500 miles round trip! Great job all round guys, well done!!
