I would like to thank Jags and his team to express my satisfaction with the whole start-to-finish building experience. The team completed the extension quickly, while maintaining cleanliness throughout the project.

Being in a gated community - it was vitally important that the team kept good relations and rapport with the surrounding neighbours. Which they did to the highest level. I was 200 miles away throughout the project, and had so many appraisals from the neighbours on how kind and courteous the team were, and neighbours were very complimentary on how the team would clean the site from debris and always leave it in a tidy state at the end of every day.

I appreciated Jags’s courteousness and willingness to address my daily questions, resulting in a final product that exceeded my expectations. Whenever issues arose and on the spot decisions needed to be made, with me being 200 miles away - Jags took immediate control and personally attended the site to resolve in my absence. For this, I am forever grateful.

I praise the constant personal communication and updates Jags provided through WhatsApp messaging & by phone calls - I was always kept up to date and well informed. Being so far away, you really need someone like Jags to be your “representative” on the project and literally be your right-hand man, as I only visited the site on half a dozen occasions - he took over many responsibilities that I should have done. It was a great comfort and peace of mind that he done this for me, and I am forever grateful and thank him and his team alike.

Homeowners appreciate builders who pay close attention to details during both design and construction phases. This includes accommodating specific requests from clients and ensuring that every aspect of the home meets their expectations. To which CDCS done so professionally.

It was a largish residential extension and Jag and team worked exclusively on the project and completed the majority of the work two months ahead of schedule. They communicated daily every step of the way and were dedicated to ensuring a quality finish.

We had some structural issues which CDCS sorted out quickly and started renovating the house.
We are impressed by the quality of the job they have done.
Finished the job as promised, at a reasonable price within the scheduled time frame.

Jags and his team took out most the stress of a very large project. Their team of guys were all professional, very hard working and a joy to deal with. Harps provided support throughout the process adding to the technical know how when interacting with the parties involved. With the house being quite large and having a basement we converted, it was so relieving that I could leave it to them. The tanking process looked quite complicated, however they configured everything so well. I hate to price compare, but I found they were always most competitive both in the work getting done and sourcing the materials. But most importantly, they were genuine and always proposed works/solutions with my pocket always in mind.

I have done work before in the ‘many’ years passed, but I can truly say they were a joy and I would not hesitate recommending them on. There are stressful times, especially on bigger projects but despite a little drama the end result and solution was always worth the drama!!
