We gave Pawel the contract for a complete back to brick conversion on our property in Solihull, including significant internal changes and a large loft conversion. As with all building projects it can be a dive into the unknown, but we can confidently say using PSS construction was the best decision we made. Him and his team never missed a day during the 8 months on our project, and are extremely hard workers. Pawel was always available when an update was needed, and took care of all the project, including liaising in with building control on structural changes, managing plumbing and electrical works, window installation, obtaining all of the relevant certifications. We couldn’t be happier, and would recommend PSS construction to anyone who is looking for a reliable and knowledgeable builder.

Paul the builder from PSS Constructions is a very competent, hardworking and reliable builder. He takes pride in every aspect of his work. I needed a full brick front porch added on to my existing front building of the house. The work was completed within next to no time. The builders in Paul's construction company are very professional, talented and dedicated workers. They take exceptional care in whatever part of the job that needs doing from bricklaying to plastering no job is too small for them. The work carried our by them is of high standard indeed. I also got my main roof guttering, downpipe, fascias and soffit fitted from them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone or anybody. They are the best builders in Birmingham. They are worth every single penny.

Had an absolute shocking experience. He done some work for me a while back so I contacted him to fit some doors, he comes to the house and we agree a price, he starts to cut the first door, then realises he has done it wrong. He then pretends to go back outside to trim it, but runs off!!! Takes all his equipment and gone!

crazy, how can you behave like this? I would have even agreed to a compromise if you made a mistake. He has since blocked me on his phone.

There has to be a degree trust and integrity in this trade as you are letting people into your home. I'm £140 down on the door and had to order a new one, I now need to find another builder.

After thinking about having our loft converted to a dorma for a couple of years and having a bad experience in the past with building work, we have learnt to use a professional and passionate building company just like PSS Constructions.
Paul and his team have done an amazing job. The process was made so hassle free and we wish we had done the work earlier.
Paul answered all our questions and showed us the best way to make use of the space we had. We have ended up with two bedrooms and a bathroom to the third floor of our property.
The team arrived for work everyday at 7.30 am and wasted no time. They would tidy up after themselves when they finished for the day.
The work has been done to a magnificent standard and I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a professional builder who is passionate and competent in his work. pss Constructions is very competitive with the price and I must say that I'd rather pay a little extra and have the job done to a high standard than have to pay someone else to fix mistakes made by cowboy builders.

PSS led by Paw Sasin was contracted to do a complete transformation of a 4 bed detached property on one of Solihull's premier roads into a large 6 bedroom modern detatched house with double storey rear, side and front extensions including cinema room, gym and triple garage. His energy and drive was key to completing the build within 12 months of the contract start and to a very high standard indeed. Any issues arrising during the build were dealt with professionally, efficiently and fairly. I have no problem in recommending PSS to anyone considering any home construction projects.
