We used Gravitas to renovate our preschool bathroom and to remove a wall in one of our playrooms. From start to finish the whole team (office staff and the trades) were helpful, professional, and informative.

The communication was great, we were always called or emailed back ASAP and was kept updated on the progress and timeframes regularly. We had a few issues with the wrong radiator cover being delivered and with the finish of the flooring and on both occasions the team were upfront, honest, and quick to rectify the issues.

We are very happy with the results and the kids love their new bathroom! We would highly recommend Gravitas on their customer service alone!

Gravitas Build have recently transformed an unloved area of the school into a fantastic Library. The team were excellent from start to finish and worked tirelessly to exceed our every demand. They started on time and finished on time. Communication throughout the project was first class, and nothing was too much trouble for the team. The team left the site tidy and secure every day. The quality of work was superb. We certainly will be using Gravitas Build again and would recommend them without hesitation.

My partner did work for these con artists in March and April and have not paid him for his work not answered phones or emails . Stay well clear of this business. £2000 out of pocket
