i had plans drawn by Minesh for our side extension on a bungalow. The side of the bungalow was unusual shape thus ideas were needed.

I had my own ideas in my mind but Minesh was quick to correct me and reject my ideas as he knew the council would not approve them.

Minesh came up with ideas which i would never have thought of and that was the first of many positives for me. The plans drawn by him were quickly approved by the council and work soon commenced on our extension and even during work he was happy to answer any question from builders and inspectors and in fairness this was not part of the agreement but provided out of politeness.

I highly recommend Minesh for your project for honesty, politeness and professionalism and of course reasonable competitive price.
