Emma took full control of the project—organizing all materials, scaffolding, and logistics—something other companies expected me to handle. The team turned up exactly when they said they would, and were incredibly mindful of my schedule, including school drop-offs, pick-ups, and work commitments.

Carl and Ste were fantastic throughout—friendly, approachable, and an absolute credit to the Builder Girl team. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Another great job from Builder Girl and Castle Windows! There were three original windows, two sash, which were desperately beyond repair. The new windows are clean, secure and likely increased our EPC rating. 😊

I found Builder Girl by chance and started following on social media but so very glad I did. Emma was really responsive to messages before we went ahead - and believe me, I asked a lot of questions!
The front of our house was re-rendered and new windows put in and the Builder Girl and Castle Windows team were amazing.
