I’ve used this company multiple times now — four separate jobs in total — and every single time they’ve been fantastic. Leigh clearly knows his subject from initial site survey to recommending the best system for the situation. He also approaches any problems that might arise in a cool, calm manner checking through diagnostics in a logical order until he finds the cause (if he doesn’t already know it). James and josh doing the installation were polite and pleasant to have around. They both get on with the job in hand without fuss. Lisa in the office is the one that brings it all together managing enquiries, bookings and appointments. She has been super-efficient and helpful from start to finish of the project and managed to juggle things to fit in a couple of unexpected site visits at short notice when the need arose. Their automated system sends appointment reminders by text and lets you know when the engineer is on his way, very useful. Prices are comparable to similar work I had done at a previous property about 18 months ago. Highly recommended.

I was pleased with how the work was undertaken and progressed. There were a few unforeseen problems along the way, but these were dealt with quickly and effectively: Josh is obviously a good problem solver. I was impressed by his quiet, confident and efficient manner, he explained things clearly and carefully - the next part of the work to be done, any problems arising and answered all my questions patiently and fully.

Explaining the stages of work, particularly the noisy ones, was important in being able to manage my dog who is usually scared of the world; however, my dog remained happy and confident and he enjoyed Josh’s company enormously.

All the work was carried out to a very high standard and I have no problem in recommending Oxyplumb to anyone.

New boiler fitted last year by Oxyplumb. Lisa in the office sent us a reminder a service was now due, a time and date was arranged the engineer turned up on time and carried out the service he was polite and tidy. A really good company to deal with in all aspects. Oxyplumbs communication is always first class.

A very impressive service. We had a leak that resulted in a slow drip of water coming through the ceiling below. Oxyplumb sent a plumber around as soon as they were able. Peter found the problem - which as is the case with all plumbing - it was in the most inaccessible place! Within 2 hours he had sorted and solved the problem, tidied up and offered advice on prevention. A very professional, friendly and empathetic company. 2nd time we have used them and we will continue to do so. Highly recommended.
