From start to finish, the service provided by this company has been exceptional. Adam conducted the initial survey, thoroughly explaining the issue and potential solutions, making the process transparent and easy to understand. On-site, Alex and Ben were outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, maintained an impressive level of cleanliness given the nature of the work, and offered valuable advice on next steps, such as skirting and mist painting.

The quality of work has left me extremely happy. While time will reveal how well it holds up, Alex made sure I fully understood the warranty terms and what to avoid to maintain coverage. To date, I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome and remain deeply impressed with the entire process. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I honestly couldnt recommend this company enough! From the quote to the service to the outcome was absolutely fantastic and left me extremely happy! Ben and Alex were very professional. Their work was outstanding, they ensured that the house was left in a great condition and went out their way to ensure i was happy and satisfied, they talked me through the process and were very polite and spoke highly of the company they work for. They took extreme pride in their work. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They were very skilled and damn good at what they do. Thank you lads!!! 🙂

Your comments constitute defamation of character, and I will be taking formal action after consulting with Citizen's Advice. Unless you have unlawfully posted reviews using my name, it is abundantly clear that your fabricated narrative regarding my reviewing process is entirely baseless. It is both unacceptable and deeply troubling that you believe it's appropriate to bully, gaslight, and attempt to damage the reputation of a customer.

Sadly the work done has been massively undermined by damage done to my property, which the company failed to acknowledge or take responsibility for. The very good sales pitch oversells what state the place will be left in, and the customer service when trying to deal with all of this is shocking to say the least. I’m sure the work itself is good, but I shouldn’t be left with damage, a much bigger mess than I was promised, sockets hanging out (when I specifically checked if these would go back in) and incredibly disrespectful customer service. This is not a cheap company, and I would expect them to follow through on promises and treat customers’ homes with respect. As a result I would not recommend this company at all.

I had 4 ventilation vents put in my bungalow as a first step to see if the condensation in one of my bedrooms could be cured. Two very pleasant lads arrived at 7:30 am and completed the work by lunchtime. They were very polite and efficient and I was very impressed with the work that they did. They cleaned up after the job and I would recommend them to anyone.

I just want to say how pleased I am with the level of service I received from everyone.

I would also like to say how pleased I am with work that Lee and Dave did at the property.

They arrived on time, covered all the items that I couldn't move, and worked like trojans all day until they left. I was really impressed by the standard of work and how respectful they were of the house and furniture.

I really wasn't looking forward to Friday, but they were very professional, the work and plastering looks amazing, and they cleared all the rubbish and left the house clean and tidy.

I felt it all went very smoothly considering the amount of work they did.

From the initial survey to the completed job,i found Damp Proofing Solutions to be very professional.
The survey indicated an issue,with remedial work required,the actual work was carried out by Tom,really nice guy,good workmanship and nice and tidy..
Payment was once the work was completed,,all in all we were really pleased with the standard of work carried from start to finish…

Speedy response to the initial request for survey. Team of 3 very pleasant chaps arrived as planned and carried out the work to schedule. Reinforced how to ensure that the work isn't damaged by next steps and left everything as tidy as possible given the nature of the work. Would highly recommend.

Everyone arrived in good time and they made sure that protective covers were put over floors and over furnishings that couldn't be moved.
They completed the work well and the plaster finishing was fabulous.
All in all I am very pleased with the work done.
