Simon is Architect and Principal Designer on a current project repairing four pinnacles on our church tower.Simon displays high professional standards and his client care is underpined by a clear understanding of our needs and concerns. Project work has to be sympathetic to our Grade 11 Listed building with architectural features and heritage interest.Simon demonstrates very clearly his expertise and interest in conservation.A strong support in difficult circumstances.

Blair Gratton Architects (BGA) applied exceptional skills and experience which benefited our first floor renovation and extension. During the planning stage they took into consideration what we needed and were very good at explaining what would /would not work, which was welcome, as this allowed us to consider aspects to the project which we would not have considered.

During the project management phase, we were able to continue to work and not have to deal with any issues that arose during the building phase. BGA dealt with everything and called regular meetings with the builders and us which were professional and minuted. Time was taken to listen to our viewpoints.

BGA were actively involved during tendering of various building companies and led on arranging meetings. When we chose the building company, they arranged for us to meet with them, which was a an important personal touch for us.

Each time we had questions, or queries, they were always dealt with promptly and professionally. BGA went out of their way to help us.

From start to finish, BGA was invaluable. We have a beautiful home which we are proud of and are inundated with compliments from people who visit our home. This would not have been possible without BGA, who delivered to such a high quality standard. BGA took the stress away from us during this process which we are grateful for. We highly recommend BGA for home renovation/extension/other projects, based on our experience. We are confident that we would not have got our dream home without them.
