I worked with Jonny on plans for my upcoming extension and it’s been a real
pleasure from the beginning. I initially met Jonny and he had my plans drawn up (a couple of ideas) and after a couple of minor changes off we went to planning. Everything went smoothly and hopefully we will be starting the build shortly. He kept me informed of progress and gave me the odd nudge when needed. I would absolutely use eight one two architects again and highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you Jonathan for the creative design for our house renovation. The project was a conversion of a 3 car garage into a double height, multi-functional living space.
Eight_OneTwo Architects remodelled the ground floor area to create a large open plan living kitchen. Love the pics on your website! Jonathan and Will built designed and project managed the build of our extension. Time and time again they went the extra mile and offered exceptional customer service. We interviewed 5 practises. Jonathan completely went out of his way to contact, communicate, and meet us. He spent time understanding who we were and doing the research before presenting his vision. We loved it. We have not changed a single bit of the design. Planning we thought would be tricky, but Jonathan and Will put extra supportive material in, not a single comment or qualification. Next the budget for the build. Tireless effort went into this, again Jonathan managed the tender process and we have got one of the best building firms delivering our project. There is an obvious relationship between builder and architect which is key. There have been bumps in the road through any project notwithstanding the pandemic, and the support, care and friendship offered by 812 has been very much relied upon. Very much solution providers. We cannot recommend 812 enough, and would strongly advocate a conversation at the very least, they are poles apart from other practices.

Never having used the services of an architect before or built anything apart from a dry hedge for wildlife, I was expecting to feel a little intimidated when contacting Eight One Two. Any such negative feelings were gone within a couple of minutes talking to Jonathan. He and Will are very easy to work with and we feel supported throughout the project.
