The team were fantastic throughout, helping us plan and understand the extension work we wanted doing. They were incredibly patient with us when we first reached out to them & got them round to measure up and quote. My partner and I were very impressed with how thorough they were with all aspects, from having someone to do the designs to sorting the building regs/council bits, we just needed to pay the bills. As too full time working individuals it was such a relief knowing all the potentially stressful elements were taken care of. I’m a natural worrier & stress over everything, but I can honestly say I’ve been so relaxed and calm throughout this whole process. So much so my partner was quite frankly shocked!

They knocked down our old conservatory & rebuilt it with proper foundations so the back half of our house could be opened up and 3 walls removed to merge 4 rooms into one. The transformation has been incredible, the bifold doors and sky lights bring so much light into the house. The rooms between the front and the conservatory were quite dark due to them being in the middle of the house and no real access to natural light. The kitchen has been completely transformed & has maximised the potential with the space that is there.

The finish is amazing, I was a bit pessimistic about spending lots of money to transform a part of the house we didn’t really use, but we’ve spent more time out there in the last few weeks than we have in the 4 years we’ve lived here.

I can’t thank them enough, they worked tirelessly through all the heatwaves we’ve had, I’m glad they were finished before the most recent hottest one as that would have been hard work as the sun is on the back of the house all day.

I choose trades people on word of mouth over the likes of check a trade, I’ve found all the great trades I’ve used over the years this way and I’ve never been disappointed or had any issues.

But what impressed me more than that, was how the workmen talked about the company they work for, how they are supported and how they’ve been helped out personally by the company’s owners. That kind of insight is incredible & to me shows they are looked after and have care & support which is great to hear, especially as construction often gets a bad rep or is overlooked for how tough and manual the work is.
