We recently reserved a plot at St. Modwen Pear Tree Fields in Worcester, and we cannot speak highly enough of Debbie and Allie. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout the entire process.

As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and needed a bit of extra guidance — and they made the whole experience clear and exciting rather than overwhelming.

Really poor service from the sales team. We put our names down for a few different plots, they never rang us when those got released even though we kept checking in regularly. The sales lady looked like she couldn’t care less when we came for an appointment. Rude on the phone. We loved the development but bought a house elsewhere purely because we didn’t want to have to deal with the sales team

Although relative newbie house owners in the Pear Tree Fields estate, we found the Sales team extremely helpful from our initial enquires through to completion, thank you Richard and Ally. Since taking up occupation we have also been impressed by the Customer Care team of Dan and technician Lee. Thank you both.

Hi, extremely poor service, I am one of the home owners. I got my keys about a year back, I had concerns regarding my garden as the water used to get stagnated. I got the keys in October and escalated regarding the issue to St Modwen in the month of November about it. First an engineer came and said everything we will take it from here. Since then , they started making excuses that the garden is in such condition because of our dog, we never had any pet and that too it was from the point we got the keys. Then they said it’s because we did not maintain well. Now it’s been 1.5years finally they said they are not responsible. Such a poor service. From being an owner I regret buying the property from these builders.

Customer service is diabolical. Happy with my home but there are unresolved issues that St Modwens are constantly palming me off about. This site will stay in a massive state for years to come be warned. It's also a fact to point out you are next to a traveller site, this may have been unmentioned by your charming sales rep.

Just as bad as Weogoran Park, which even the Daily Mail picked up on how bad the developers left it. They only started to finish the roads, pavements, street lights etc after the press picked it up locally and then nationally. They proposed 12 weeks to finish the work and 9 months later it still isnt finished.

Pear Tree will be exactly the same, they will take your money and then abandon you, customer service is non existent from the top down, they will lie to you to fob you off and then deny it. Severe issues are still being found on Weogoran 5 years after some houses were built. Don't be fooled by their lies, avoid buying off these cowboys.
