Ian has carried out boiler servicing and maintenance for us and my elderly mother at three properties over several years. He is helpful, totally reliable and a very good tradesman. He recently replaced our boiler and several radiators and the job was completed on budget and ahead of time.

Ian came and repaired my heating back in December and was extremely professional, honest and pleasant. He has just come back to service my boiler and also checked my other gas appliances. Always arrives on time and explains everything. Very clean and tidy workman. Would highly recommend.

I used Dicksons Heating Engineers to install a brand new boiler in our victorian house. This was controlled via a new Nest thermostat installation. We were very pleased with the end result, the execution of the installation was great and was brilliant to be able to control the heating using the nest app on my phone.
Ian was on time, professional and polite. He was tidy and made sure I was completely happy with everything he was doing.

Ian has been carrying out boiler servicing for me for a few years and has always carried out the work with professionalism and with little fuss. Always left you feeling well looked after and trusting 100% with his appraisal of the boiler. I have been extremely pleased with the service Mr Dickson provides. He is very clear in explaining the work that he is doing and what is required for maintenance/repair and his openness ensures our peace of mind with the work that is done. He is also very happy to discuss any concerns and provide advice which I have been grateful for on a number of occasions.

The process from booking to billing was smooth with clear communication throughout.

I would recommend Dicksons Heating Engineers Ltd without reservation. We made an appointment and Ian was on time. He was also sensitive to me, removing his shoes before coming in to my home and donning a mask when he saw I was wearing mine (I was about to travel). After showing Ian the layout and issues I was having, he got on and fixed everything with zero fuss. This is the first time I used Dicksons Heating Engineers Ltd but I will definitely be using their services in the future.
