We use ECS to empty our septic tank. Always helpful on the phone, easy to book an appointment and they give a rough time estimate on the day. Very efficient, guys are polite and respectful of property and plants in the garden. Would definitely recommend

BEWARE of this company , they come
Empty your septic tank, and the back up
Chamber, then they don’t tell you there’s a blockage , that if they had , I would have got them to fix it , giving them more £££ !!
Instead they ignore it

Disgraceful customer service , it didn’t have to be like this , they could have been proactive and told me there’s a potential problem. Just by chance I checked it , to see it’s blocked ( see pic) Had to complain speaking to a VERY defensive director , who refused to help !!
My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, shame they’ve had good reviews !! 🙁

ECS engineers did a complete and thorough job of septic tank waste removal and land drainage jetting; they were friendly and helpful. The office were very good in explaining and coordinating the work into a single visit so nothing was left unfinished.
