I can't thank Andy and his team enough. Our house has a cbus system installed, and for years it has been doing crazy things (fans and certain lights coming on in the middle of the night) but more recently it's became even more unstable (lights that won't turn on, or more annoyingly off, as well as randomly doing their own thing). My wife just wanted to throw it all away and start again (which would be very expensive). I've had other cbus engineers try to fix before, but they've never got to the root of the issue. Andy was both structured in his approach, but also extremely determined. It took months to solve (there were multiple issues), but finally it's fixed.
If you have a cbus or similar problem, I'd highly recommend HA.
