Clarendons has had the pleasure of working with Matt from Spring Developments LTD for a little while now and we cannot recommend the company enough. We have always found them to be extremely proactive, fair and easy to work with and they have purchased a few properties via us now. The latest was their purchase of a property where the vendor required a fast turnaround and their offer was accepted on the basis that Matt confirmed they could guarantee a 7 day exchange once contracts received with a 7 day completion. Less than 24 hours after their solicitor received the contract we were amazed to hear from Matt to say we are ready to exchange and it all went through seamlessly with completion set for the week after! The vendor was of course extremely happy with the service and has already recommended us as an agent to a few people which has helped us to generate more business.
