I really liked working with Farid. He was approachable and available to discuss matters when ever needed. He designed our single story extension right through to submission to building control. He was also able to project manage the construction and supply builders. There was no pressure to use his builders and on this occasion we used a builder who we already knew, but were very impressed by the builders he introduced us too and would also have used them had our preferred builder not been available at the time.

I used my design and build for for a home renovation and loft conversion. Given this was my first project of its kind, I needed all the support and guidance throughout the process.

I thought I would try My Design and Build after a recommendation from a contact. From the outset I dealt with Farid who was extremely helpful and professional. Above the standard architectural drawings, I needed a great deal of guidance and best approach to planning my project including best use of space.

Farid not only drafted the detailed drawings provided significant and well needed input into how to best use light and space. From the great experience I had with Farid at the planning stage, I decided to take up My Design and Build's project management package.

So far I'm happy with the result! Farid continued to provide design input throught the course of the build as a result we implemented some of their suggested changes which I couldn't be any more happier over!
