Prompt response from Nina. I am a first time buyer. I hired Nina to do a survey of a property. She did he survey in quick time giving a detail evaluation of the property. Her report enable me to make an in formed decision. I would highly recommend Chiltern associates if you are looking for a level 3 survey!

The survey was carried out at short notice VERY efficiently. The report contained all the MANY details I required to make a reduced offer which was accepted. BUT the advice did not stop there. After all was done, I was given advice on how to tackle the problems that the survey had revealed. BRAVE CHILTERN!

Wouldn’t recommend!

Nina from chiltern associates was commissioned at the request of our buyer, from first contact to the day of inspection the conduct was unprofessional and rude.

Communication was difficult and almost interrogating when attempting arrange an appointment to which confusion set in for when the inspection had been booked on Nina’s behalf with a number of phone calls to verify this from her.

On the day of inspection Nina arrived late, did not offer to remove her shoes or wear overshoes until the end of the inspection when asked to do so after checking the garden. Stating this was an inconvenience to her.

During the inspection she totally disregarded our personal belongings by slamming her heavy bag down onto an antique table.

On a number of occasions to our surprise she broke wind which left an unpleasant smell throughout the house even whilst talking us through aspects of the inspection without apology (stunned!).

At the end of the inspection comments were made regarding the condition of our home which were particularly disrespectful
of which concluded “the sale price will be in the clients hands from now on”.

From start to finish, rude and unprofessional. The licensing body for this business should review whether this individual can uphold the standards they set out.

Tried to call this company to enquire about their undertaking a survey for us. In business, first impressions matter. Having received what we felt was an unprofessional and unhelpful response to our initial enquiry, we walked away.

Excellent service from Nina Robinson. Detailed and very useful survey report which she discussed with me thoroughly and answered all my questions. She also did market and rebuild valuations for me. She made the appointment efficiently and promptly. She is very experienced and pricing competitive. Highly recommended.

Dealt with Nina Robinson whilst I was away in August , the survey I had done was below what I expected from a Rics surveyor . After showing the survey report to contractors a few problems were highlighted . I don’t doubt the skill of Nina however I would advise anyone doing a survey with her to physically be there and too make sure a detailed survey is done before paying !

Nina was brilliant! I wanted someone who had experience with grade 2 listed buildings and found Nina who had lots of experience. Being a first time buyer I wasn't sure of the process but Nina was really helpful explaining everything clearly and was really quick with doing the survey and getting my report to me which was detailed with pictures and she pointed out some things I hadn't noticed about the property.
