My property installed by Gipping appeared lovely. However it again was a rushed process by Gipping without care taken.

Despite their slogan saying 'a company that cares. Professional with high standards' this is just something to write and not actually met.

I can write a whole list of things on here but to pick a few,
- lose plug connectors on all sockets. Including cooker switch that when pressing rocks back and forward when turning on. Some sockets barely cover the whole ore cut for them.

- doors and frames are out of line. When a door is close some part of the door is flush and some parts are not.

-door hinges were placed but not painted. So majority of the door is painted but not near the hinge as they didn't pain before placing them on and then couldn't get a brush behind.

-out of line tiles.

-cracked outer concrete window sill.

-marks on the glass window.

When instructing the snagging it got to a point where I would rather do the work myself than ask them to come back and rush the job to the same standard as before.

Not entirely sure how this got signed off. I presume the person did not view when signing off as I'm not too sure how these can be missed.

Just for awareness if facing a Gipping construction that these may be some areas you face.

Unprofessional company that refuses to deal with its aggressive, dangerous employee who selfishly tailgates other vehicles at high speed (notably a schoolbus with school children signs displayed). Emailed the company to inform them what their employee is up to but they couldn't even bother to respond with an explanation. Draw your own conclusions about the ethics of this company....
