Had extension plans done for two rooms over garage. Adil Not only made the plans, submitted and approved but also gave some great ideas about the project . Also sorted out structural engineer report. In general great help and valuable service provided. Will use again surely if needed

Adil goes above and beyond for extremely good value, we were quoted numerous times £2500 for a job he did for less than £1000. Nothing was too much trouble when asking for changes to be made and we heard back from him within 24 hours. Despite all the challenges due to COVID, Adil had no issues getting our Tiny house through planning and did so with great confidence! As a result me and my partner have made sure to spread the word among others who are looking to build a tiny house/annex.

Adir designed a porch for us, that contained a toilet, this was built at the front of the house. We discussed what we wanted with him, and he quickly drew up planned drawings. As this as done around Christmas time, he made sure the plans were put forward to the planning department, as soon as possible. He was very helpful to us, all the way through the planning process, as we had no previous experience of any building work done to the house, so we did not know what to expect.
We would certainly contact him again in the future, if we needed any more building plans, and would be happy to recommend him to anyone.
