Went above and beyond for us... Job was estimated last minute Wednesday - Scheduled in for Thursday due to cancellation and when through no fault of their own they couldn't complete Thursday due to access issues in the neighbouring unit they came back Friday evening to make sure we had power for the next stage of works to be completed on time!

Work completed looks perfect!

From the office staff to the lads on site we can't fault anything.

Workman was fine, turned up and realised he wasn't equipped to do the job, so when I asked what I owe him, he said nothing and instead gave me recommendation for someone who can help (Williams Water & Drainage - highly recommended).

It is the admin/office team I have an issue with - I'd called back a couple of weeks later mistakenly thinking they were the company that ended up doing the work, asking for an invoice that included a note to my landlord explaining the problem I'd had, and instead of admitting it wasn't them who did the work, they went on to then issue me an invoice, including a note about the problem, which they had no idea about.

Despite several attempts to resolve this, they continued to hound me for payment.

I've now given in and agreed to their offer to only pay half what they're asking, not because I think they're right, but because I can't deal with them anymore, but I've essentially been ripped off, and I recommend you avoid them.
