If you want a survey full of inaccuracies and ill informed opinions this is your chap.
Antony gave incorrect information regarding the properties planning permission. Information is available on the Planning portal. Given the nature of his job you would assume he was competent to use.
The reality is you could get a mortgage offer withdrawn due to his incompetence.
