If only there was an option for 6 stars….. I cannot recommend Gulvins enough, from my initial vision through to completion Ash is amazing, nothing was to much trouble, his knowledge of product selection through to handover was faultless.

I found Gulvins Heating and Plumbing Services on line after our boiler packed up and remembered meeting the owner, Ashley and his wife in a restaurant in Canterbury who said he owned this company. So called him on the Monday, arrived in the afternoon, diagnosed the problem, needing a new boiler! He gave me a quote and did a site inspection there and then. Thursday Charlie and Ashley arrived by 8am, boiler fitted with new flue having to be drilled, outdoor bricks replaced all finished by 3.20pm.
I cannot praise enough the neat tidy work, the cleanliness, the efficiency, the friendly professionalism and the competitive price.
1 week later we had this company do a Magnacleanse flush of our 20year old central heating system and could not believe what came out!! Thanks guys. Truly a 5***** company.

On Thursday before the 4 day bank holiday weekend, my boiler at my residence failed. I mentioned this to Ashley in the morning fully expecting a very full diary for him. My expectation was a visit after the four day bank holiday weekend. Just to aggravate things I had a house Full of guests. Ashley came around at 16:30 to look at the problem. He found a pump had failed. Not only did he attend, but also requested his supplier take a pump home with him. Ashley then collected the pump from suppliers house and returned to my property same day. In very good spirits, he replaced the pump and repaired the boiler. He waited until he was satisfied that everything was working.
Needless to say this saved a huge amount of aggravation with my weekend of guests.

Again, I compliment Ashley on his great service!

Can’t recommend Ash enough, he came out same day, fixed our leak and looked at a few other issues we’ve had, fixing them along the way!
He’s professional, amazing value for money and a lovely bloke!

A fantastic experience using Gulvins. Ashley responded quickly, visited and assessed the heating problem the same day. The issue was explained to me and parts ordered. His engineer arrived promptly the next day and fixed the issue. The engineer waited whole the system ran to ensure the problem was fixed. I was v relieved and v happy. The company also did a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied. Outstanding service.
