After a concise presentation from Mark Chenery ‘Northwood Block Management/Fisher Wrathall’ we look forward to him taking over the management of a Complex consisting of 15 flats in Bare, Morecambe, of which we own two of the flats. His knowledge, communication and expertise on block management is exceptional, making sure everything is compliant. As former estate & letting agents we understand how important this is for the good of the building and the safety of the residents. We have had personal experience of his service as he manages the Iconic Residential Complex where we live on the sea front.

Truly terrible. Poor communication, I had to constantly chase for updates. Emails were always left completely unanswered. The estate agent arrived late to every appointment. The manager has an attitude problem and is argumentative and condescending. All in all a terrible experience. I will never buy or sell a property again with this company. Horrendous experience.

I have dealt with Fisher Wrathall lettings department for the last 3 years.
Everything has been first class, professional, courteous telephone manner, with a can do attitude.
A special mention must go to Kate Turver who has been excellent with all matters arising from letting a property, sometimes above and beyond the call of duty, Thank you for your attention it has been appreciated.

As a landlord I have received fantastic service from Sarah Hayley at Fisher Wrathall , always very profession, polite, super quick to deal with anything and always gets back to me the same day, usually within the hour ! I cannot fault the service, care and attention to detail shown.

If I could give 0 stars I would! NEVER BUY A PROPERTY FROM HERE! After having an offer accepted on a house and doing everything the vendor had asked us to do, including book and pay for a survey, the property got put back on the market and a viewing took place without us knowing - a cash offer then came in over the weekend and the vendor accepted their offer (despite it being lower than what we had offered) We are now left out of pocket and without a house through no fault of our own!! Fisher Wrathall have said it was their fault and it shouldn’t have happened but yet they let it! We are furious and all we got was a measly ‘we’re sorry but there is nothing else we can now do’
NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! EVER! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR LIVES RUINING

Ι have done business with them regarding buying and selling some property of mine in Lancaster, UK, and though I was not physically present there (because I am a resident of Greece) they were simply extraordinary!
The staff is really willing to help, always friendly, positive and understanding.
I could really ask for no more from a Real Estate Agency.
I highly recommend them for their quality of service and professionalism.
