Our journey began when we met Carole at The Oaks. We loved the property which became our future home. Thanks to Carole and Beth for making the process straightforward, we were completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Moving day went so smoothly and on arrival Carol and Dan were waiting to greet us and settle us in, Dan came back to show us how to work and go through everything which was very helpful.

We starting looking at a Canham home in late 2024. We were torn between two houses both amazing homes but we decided on our plot in Egerton. The whole sales process managed by Beth was a very easy process and Canham's did there upmost to get us in before the stamp change (moved on the final day!). The sales team at Canham's were fantastic inc Geraldine who kept us updated every step of the way pre and post agreement of the purchase. We are only a week in the property but have been extremely impressed on the quality of workmanship, high end fixtures and fittings and the minimal snagging found. Coming from another new build this was a surprise as previously we had pages of snags compared to a handful of minor snags at Canham. Dan the customer care manager has been brilliant so far resolving our only major snag within 72hrs of moving into the property.

We purchased our beautiful 3 bedroom detached house through Canham Homes and we couldn't be happier. From the first time viewing until our after care we have been delighted with all the staff and the care they have given, in particular Beth and Carol from sales and Dan with our after care. Our purchase went through quickly with no issues which meant we were in our home in time for Christmas. We would highly recommend Canham Homes if you are looking for your forever home. We can't thank Canham Homes enough for all they have done, thank you to the whole team.
