Recently reserved a plot in Tamworth Estate but have to mention Della and Sam's I met on this site who are exceptional they gave us so much information about Redrow homes as our show home was only at this site. Della specially contributed alot for us to make the decision and we spent alot of time with Paula who gave us time without any hesitation. Must say redrow sales team is exceptional and very knowledgeable and very synchronized with eachother.Things like this brought us back to Redrow from 2016 when We bought my first home. Great Team with exceptional staff working at this end hope this message gets to the Board.

We couldn't be more happier with the service we received from Paul at the Curborough Lakes office today. From the very first visit he was welcoming, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire reservation process. He took the time to explain us everything and was very patient with our little baby as well!! A true credit to Paul and the redrow team!!!

We've been looking at Redrow houses for sometime now and we just haven't found the right time to sell ours until now. One of the Curborough team was once at the Tamworth site and he's the nicest chap you could ever deal with and I sincerely hope he and the rest of the team are appreciated after their recent take over, and the heritage style continues!

They've only made one mistake (their new head office not Curborough Lakes); releasing houses and then taking them back down, it doesn't make any sense, as we have the prices now and I can't see anyone wanting to pay an altered price once re- released, regardless of the completion dates being so far along.

Beautiful site in a beautiful location! The sales team took a genuine interest to our situation and took the time to ascertain my needs and wants, we'll be back once our house is sold to reserve. Top tip - Don't miss out on a coffee and some cake at the nearby craft centre!
