Buying a home is a huge milestone, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have done it through the David Wilson Homes team at the Drakelow development in Burton on Trent. From start to finish, the team has been nothing short of professional, personable, and incredibly attentive— I genuinely felt like I was the only person buying a home there!

What stood out most was the exceptional aftercare.The team went above and beyond — helping with small tasks around the house that weren’t even part of their remit. Things I would normally have had to hire a handyman for were sorted without hesitation.

A huge thank you to Tim, Clive, Leanne and Craig who were absolutely outstanding. They were consistently responsive, patient, and always willing to walk me through how things work — even after the detailed move-in check. Their knowledge and kindness really made settling in a breeze.

Tim deserves a raise!!!

This has been our first home and we couldn't be happier with David Wilson Homes. Having viewed houses at many other development sites it has shown that David Wilson really does stand out; from the houses themselves, to the service provided throughout. We want to mention Leanne at the site office specifically and Tim the site manager. Leanne has been superb from start to finish. We called into the site office to have a chat and she was so friendly and explained everything in detail. Leanne always responded to our queries pretty much straight away and shows she truly wants the best for her customers moving into their homes. We moved into our house yesterday and Tim has been to greet us a couple times already and said to contact him with any issues and he will get it sorted. Great experience with David Wilson Homes!
