I have recently engaged Mike's service and he has been absolutely superb. Always available to chat, often working weekends too so you know any enquiry is always swiftly handled. I had a level 2 survey carried out by Mike, he kept me informed every step of the way and before sending the survey, he called me to talk me through what to expect in the report, highlighting areas that need attention in a calm and caring way. I was super impressed and I would highly recommend him to anyone else needing a detailed service as his communications and service have been excellent.

From the first email enquiry Mike and Toni have been very responsive, communicating thoroughly all aspects of their service. Although we only needed a Level 1, Mike's relaying of the results of the inspection and the standard and depth of the actual report itself were first class. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

My experience with The Good Surveyor has been great. Toni initially assisted and provided me with all the information I required before orchestrating the survey with Mike. She was very informative and helpful.

Mike was very friendly and offered a fantastic customer experience. After attending the property he gave me a call to discuss key points and concerns before providing the highly detailed report. I had a few questions after and Mike ensured I had all the information I required and that I could contact him at any time if needed.

Mike Rowcliffe was very informative about our survey he done for us.Toni was very helpful initially to get Mike on board and fixing a date for our survey to be completed. The survey was completed and was very useful and informative about the property,making our decision to carry on much easier. Mike did phone us and put us at ease about the survey. Would we use Mike again if needed , definitely no question and if anyone wants a good survey done get in touch ASAP he is great.
