Hallmark Building Solutions installed a new kitchen for us in 2018. They did an excellent job. They were very reliable and thorough throughout. The kitchen is still in first class order. This year we decided to replace our windows and we didn't hesitate in asking Hallmark Building Solutions. Once again our new windows, patio door and back door have been installed to a high standard. They are very tidy and very friendly too.
Hallmark have recently installed two dormer windows for us and re-configured ceilings. Again Wayne and his team's workmanship was excellent and he was adaptable as we added requirements along the way. The work was completed to schedule. We are delighted with the result.

Hallmark have done the work for the conversion of a Georgian building into five flats. This has involved using a lot of different skills and both structural work and delicate artistic work to preserve and enhance listed features whilst complying with current safety legislation. The work has been technically demanding but also requires creativity and ingenuity. Nothing has daunted Wayne who takes the client’s ideas and turns them into reality.

I had an idea of how it might look but it surpasses that. Wayne is a master craftsman and his team have learnt his ways. I am delighted with the finished appearance of the property and the quality of the work. I can recommend Hallmark if you want a first-class job done at a fair price. We used Hallmark for a loft conversion back in 2019.
We had a few quotes from other builders too, but none matched Wayne's professionalism.
His quote was to the penny, the timescale given was spot on and the quality of the work was second to none.

All looks amazing, work was carried out very professionally, quickly & tidily. All rubbish was arranged to be collected by a reputable clearance firm, saving money on a skip and they took everything.
