Incredibly happy with our new bathroom from APG. Aaron was so detail oriented and worked so hard to get the job done efficiently and to an amazing standard. We are so glad we found APG Home Improvements and couldn't be happier with our new kitchen.
When Paul came to give us a quote we liked him the moment we met him. They were both such a pleasure to have in the home. They kept everywhere clean, were happy in their work and very skilful.
They ensured we were never without a sink and couldn't have been more accommodating.
Aaron went above and beyond by arranging for someone to come in at the end and give the kitchen a deep clean and left us with a lovely gift on handover.
We happily recommend these guys to anyone 🙂

Would give zero stars if I could. Gave us a quote to fit and finish a new kitchen, toilet and repair work. Then turned up and apparently their staff member who quoted us “under quoted”. Even though they had all the measurements and a signed agreement and took a deposit weeks before the job. Anyway, they finished the job as quick as they could. The images below show how they left the job. Bodged loads of parts of the the kitchen. Didn’t finish the toilet as agreed. Didn’t repair ceiling in living room as agreed. Had to call them back several times. Barely answered once they got their money. Charged us VAT BUT DEMANDED CASH. Still waiting for VAT INVOICE. A lot more I could go into but the pictures speak for themselves.

We were very impressed with APG from the offset, with previously having a couple of other bathroom fitters round to have a look and wait several weeks/a month for a quote, Aaron was able to help us build our vision from the day he came out, he had samples and different books for us to choose from and gave us a price and got booked in with a date there and then. Come the day of the bathroom refit, we had the pleasure of Tyler and Paul working on our bathroom. We were very impressed with the quality and hard working hours that were put in to make sure our bathroom was finished in the week. We were over the moon with the final finish of the job and would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been so impressed with this company. From getting the original quote to the finished bathroom, it has been a great experience getting to know the team at this growing company. Gerard and Paul were exceptional with the work and felt completely comfortable with them being in our home while we were away to do the work. Great sense of humour from all the team which made us feel completely at ease. Went to visit their brand new show room today and again highly impressed with the quality.
