I contacted Plumbcall in January regarding my boiler, Ashley was prompt in coming out to have a look. New boiler was supplied & fitted by Zak within a couple of days! Zak was very pleasant & left my kitchen clean & tidy. I’ve had several other jobs done since then, & I’m very happy with the service they provide! I will not hesitate to contact them again or pass their details over to friends!

Ashley was absolutely fantastic. Within 2 hours on a Sunday on a bank holiday weekend he was able to get out to us, diagnose the problem, then go out of his way to purchase and supply a new shower and install it so that we are not without washing facilities. A fantastic service that I will be using whenever I need any more plumbing/ gas jobs done in future. Highly recommend 10/10.

Firstly, a huge thank you to Plumbcall, had a new tank fitted in, new radiators, Hive system installed, two showers, vanity unit, dramatic taps and if that was not enough, a beautiful free standing bath! Rimi, was an absolute delight, he was extremely thoughtful and genuinely cared. A (you know who I mean), he understands the art of negotiating with challenging customers, however, he definitely goes the extra mile - hence why he isn't cheap! All jokes aside, when many other businesses never got back to me, intimidated by the big job, PlumbCall wasn't! They know the industry, aren't afraid to challenge their customer so they don't waste money. Great example, Ash told me not to be cheap and buy the Hive system with radiator thermostat valves it will save me money in the long run which it did, my gas bill went from £300 pcm, to now £45 - although summer is ending!

Just want to say a huge thank you for all your help, now to start saving again so Ash can install me some underfloor heating 😉

Absolutely delighted with the incredible service received. Central heating broke down when outside were just a few degrees and my son had been discharged after surgery, worst possible time. Called after 5pm on Friday and a lovely lady (Leanne if I remember correctly) went above and beyond to sort us out. The engineer was in our area fortunately so from the moment of the call until the engineer was at our house it was probably 30 minutes, must be some sort of record. Daniel was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful for our home. Fixed the issue within minutes and we got heating and warm water on the taps again. Can’t praise them enough and I’ll recommend them to all of our friends and family. Thank you very much! Alex

We had a leaking water tank and the service I received was excellent. They quoted for a new tank, which was very competitive. They corresponded efficiently and we made an appointment to get the work done. The young man who arrived on time (sadly can't remember his name) was polite and explained what would be happening and checked that it was convenient to turn the water off. He lay down sheets to protect the carpet and even had plastic shoe covers. The whole experience was excellent and I would recommend this company 100%
